This weeks 'FIT FRIDAY is a little different.....
We have an announcement and
'HOPE' (you will understand why we emphasize this word as you read further) that you will support the cause....
Not sure if everyone is aware that every
DECEMBER 1 we celebrate
WORLD AIDS DAY!!..
This day is set aside to make ourselves more
AWARE of the disease that
IMPACTS the entire world...
Around
100,000 people are currently living with HIV in the UK(alone) and globally an estimated
34 million people have HIV...between 1981 and 2007 over 25 million people have died from the virus.*
Even more,
97% of those living with HIV reside in low and middle income counties, particularly in
SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA...**

DECEMBER 1 is set aside to provide global awareness and also commemorate those we have lost, and those living through the battle with AIDS...
Here's where you come in....
THE 'FIT Squad has designed a few shirts that we will sell starting on
NOVEMBER 15th to encourage those living with HIV/AIDS that there is still
HOPE...

Friends will have a few color ways to choose from and also the choose of a T-shirt, or a Crew neck Sweatshirt (it IS getting cold...right?!)
With the sales of these shirts we will
donate a percentage to the
WORLD AIDS DAY organization which supports HIV/AIDS research and awareness...
On
12.1.13 we will post the grand total of our donations!!!
SO PLEASE SUPPORT THE CAUSE....HIV/AIDS may not affect you personally, but in some way it IMPACTS the WORLD........
Sales will start on NOVEMBER 15TH, 2013, 12:00AM...and will run through the rest of the year...
